Mission Statement

Greg Sessler provides high quality generalized real estate appraisal services and specialized right-of-way valuation services to all private sector clients and governmental agencies or special districts at all levels - State of California, California counties, and municipalities.  Services related to estates and trusts are generally offered in 7 northern California counties and right-of-way valuations are completed throughout northern and central California. Greg Sessler will engage either directly or in coordination with your attorney, tax advisor or both.
